Dock Packages
Islander goes to great lengths in there lighting designs to eliminate that annoying glare that you see on too many docks now. The lighting on so many boathouses is more of a hindrance to boaters and others that enjoy being around the water at night. Light has a tendency to reflect off the waters surface and travel long distances usually finding its way into someone's eyes.
A boat house is a substantial investment, and a place where we spend much of our time while at the lake. That is why there is such a great need to have them properly illuminated so everyone has a safe and enjoyable lake experience.
Our lighting packages provide a safe yet controlled environment. Islanders designs create safe passage for your family and guests all the while accenting your beautiful dock and boathouse in a very tasteful setting. Our low voltage systems provide very soft and warm lighting that makes moving around the boathouse enjoyable. When you incorporate our remote automation into your dock package you have complete control of your lighting system in the palm of your hand. A key fob similar to the one you use for your vehicle will allow you to control up to three independent zones. Let's say you and some guests leave your dock for an evening boat tour, a few hours later it's dark and your headed back to the dock. You simply push the button on the remote and your dock becomes home sweet home.
